Chairman and Founder of BUA Group, Abdul Samad Rabiu, has congratulated the Super Eagles following their impressive victory over Algeria at the Africa Cup of Nations, announcing a major financial incentive ahead of the semi-finals and final.
In a post on his official X (formerly Twitter) account, Rabiu praised the players for lifting the nation’s spirit and pledged substantial rewards to further motivate the team.
“Congratulations to our Super Eagles players on a brilliant victory against Algeria! 🇳🇬
You have lifted the spirit of the nation, and we proudly cheer you on as you prepare for the semi-finals,” he wrote.
To encourage the team, the BUA Group chairman pledged USD 500,000 to the players if they win their semi-final match, with an additional USD 50,000 for every goal scored in that game.

Rabiu further stated that should Nigeria go on to win the final, he would reward the team with an extra USD 1,000,000, alongside USD 100,000 for each goal scored in the final.
He concluded by wishing the team continued success and reaffirming his pride in the country, urging the players to keep making Nigeria proud.
